Important terms covering starting prices, customer-provided information, proofs, production, shipping, gift certificates, and custom work.
Starting Prices And Project Confirmation
Website prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing can vary based on design complexity, substrate, stand selection, advanced photo restoration, shipping, deadlines, and other project requirements. Submitting the Start My Board form does not itself create an order or require payment. A project becomes active after the applicable project details and payment terms are confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and cash.
Customer Information And Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and for reviewing all specifications, spelling, dates, names, colors, options, and other content shown in the proof.
Proof Approval
Production begins only after the applicable proof is approved and any required payment terms are satisfied. Approval confirms that the customer accepts the content and layout shown in the proof.
Custom Work
Display boards are personalized products. Once custom design or production work has begun, cancellation, refund, and change requests may be limited by the amount of work completed and by production status.
Printing And Color
Screen colors can differ from printed output. Minor variations in color, crop, finish, or production tolerance are normal in printed products.
Shipping And Deadlines
Turnaround statements are estimates based on receipt of usable materials, proof approval, production capacity, carrier availability, and destination. Carrier delays and circumstances outside the business’s control may affect delivery.
Shipping Damage, Reprints And Replacements
If a printed product arrives damaged, customers should photograph the outer packaging, packing materials, and product before discarding them and contact Show Car Display Boards promptly. Confirmed production errors or transit damage will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy. Customer-requested corrections or changes after proof approval or production may require a paid reprint.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be applied toward eligible Show Car Display Boards products and services according to the terms provided at purchase. Product upgrades, shipping, accessories, or added services may require additional payment.
Intellectual Property And Customer Materials
Customers represent that they have the right to provide photographs, logos, text, and other materials submitted for use in the project. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
